As someone who uses Schematica regularly to transfer/test builds I can say BLC Schematica is hot garbage.

The whole point is to be able to easily recreate what you’ve already made. When you use the Forge version, you get access to layer mode. This makes it so easy for you to be able to see what you need to place and where. Without it, trying to build something without printer is a nightmare.

But, you can’t even use layer mode on BLC. There’s not option for it in the GUI, or in controls. It’s a mess. I would not give BLC points for this.

I hope Lunar allows for LAYER Schematica one day, but for now if you’re looking to use that my recommendation is to use forge.

There was some controversy with the owners of the client. I recommend you keep this conversation off the forums and do your own research about it to come to your own conclusions however. And not just you, that goes for everyone.
