can you like post this in off topic? Also if your talking about internet wise, that would be dumb. You should make friends irl instead of online mainly because you never know what the other person is like on the other side of their computer

Simple, ask anyone if they would like to hang out with you. Become friends with them in a sense with respect and safety. That's just one way I assume there is a lot of other ways.
Not everyone has interest towards minecraft. Remeber that we are all completely different in a way. If they don't like minecraft then they don't.
