is it possible for me to get unmuted again if I've been previously perm muted and I got muted again? and if not when is the next mute reset. i feel like we haven't had one in so long

You will not be able to get unmuted again without a mute/punishment reset happening. Throughout the server's life this is likely going to happen, as it has multiple times before. I'm afraid to say this but it's really on you that you got muted so many times you got perm muted, then got unmuted (had to wait a pretty long time) and decided to break the rules again and face the consequences.
