Wither skeletons stopped spawning?

Why is my wither skeleton spawners not spawning anything!

Wither skellies need an absence of light in order to spawn and they spawn in the air, much like other hostile mobs. Another thing you might want to know is that spawners don't continue to stack onto a mob stack unless it's being damaged. That's why blaze farms have water. However, for wither skellies, the only way to do that is manual grinding or suffocation.

Using the suffocation method, I've successfully commercialized wither skeleton auto-farming and I have over 14,000 spawners for it.
