XenonServices is TehNeon's company. If you look on minecraftservers.org, youll also see the server owner of invadedlands is the account XenonServices.
Hence why most of TehNeon's custom plugins start with "Xe" (XeNitrogen, XeBasic, XeQueue, XeBungee), i seriously dont know how you didnt figure this out
it's an alternate version of TehNeon that appears when TehNeon inhales Xenon

Neon became a developer for invadedlands in late 2017 when Invadedlands and Minemen Club merged. I was banned at this time but GG I GUESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can see this by looking at Neon's github history
that's in 2017. In september he had to do a lot of work on the server as a developer. Before that, skeppy had a few developers like Guppy, and this random egirl who I forget her name, but the server looked NOTHING like it does now.

XenonServices is Neon's company, and since he's the dev and knows dev things, he set up the server instead of Skeppy. Obviously, Skeppy is not a developer so setting it up would be so much faster with Neon than trying to teach him.
It shouldn't be mindblowing, all it was, was setting up voting. Just because it's Skeppy's server doesn't mean he had to set it all up alone.
also, you need to relax on replying 4 times at once. you're gonna get in trouble for spam and post boosting. there's a thing called an edit button and a quote/insert button if you want to reply to people, and you can just @ them if you have trouble figuring it out.
skimmed over replies, didn't see yochran basically said the same thing. my bad LMAO
