Not on invaded, but on a server I used to play called OmegaRealm(had a very similar skyblock to Invaded), I didn't know about like shops and stuff so I did skyblock completely vanilla for months without realizing I could buy spawners instead of making a mob grinder

1: Broke my cobblestone gen (Just put water and obsidian next to eachother)
2: Was branching out my island and while bridging fell into the void and my dum fingers couldn't figure out how to type "/is"

probably when visiting an island i accidentally fell off a really high place because the floor was glass and i had a pack that didnt show glass so i just walked to my death and lost all of my items D: @SpaceUnit remember?

kinda offtopic but i remember back in the day in season 2 when i coudlnt afford sand to make cactus farm and someone gave me a stack of sand and i was so happy
