nobody cares if you are first are not, we aren’t mad you are first. literally nobody makes this big of a fuss over nothing. literally as an example, last season an island had a huge lead as well and was ahead of everyone else but nobody made that big of a fuss because a) they were nice b) they didn’t scam c) they didn’t knowigly benefit off of dupers d) they didn’t flex it at every given chance. i could continue but its practically useless to try and explain to someone who clearly is just gonna keep saying “mad cus bad!“ “we are first and u are all mad” as their counter arguement.
