How Lazy Are a portion of The Staff Members. Also suggestions that staff need to listen to.

Hmm, okay.
A person that puts money into a server is an investor. A person that works on the server, organizes the staff, and makes sure everyone is having a good time, is called an Owner. I'm sure Skeppy worked on the server back in 2015-2016, but nowadays I don't see him doing a lot for the server. But then again, I might be wrong. But if he has the time to push out 2/3 videos per day, I'm not sure if he has the time to do much else. I might be wrong of course.

Again this thread was made on a portion of staff members, not all. Never said those people were gods, but lazier then other staff teams from different servers
Also, I understand your point, staff is busy, but not being active on Discord or the forums doesn't give a good image of the server. Apex used to reply to posts, and anyway I'm very likely wrong but moderators are supposed to moderate. This means in game, of course, but also on Discord and in Forums. Are they asked to be on the server for as much as they can, all the time? If so, then I understand why they're busy.

This is just so untrue. Moderators and above handle guilty ban appeals usually within a day. Admins+ handle not guilty ban appeals usually before the weeks end. I can't remember the last time a ban appeal took "months" to be responded to, and keep in mind we get literally pages of ban appeals each and every day. We have lives as well, we can't spend the entire day doing ban appeals.
In regards to blacklist appeals, they were all just purged recently to make blacklist response times more efficient, and they have been so far. Blacklists are slightly more complicated in that they may take some more time to be responded to, however on a scale of a few days to a few weeks depending on the complexity. These take longer as well since only two people on the entire staff team can handle the majority blacklist appeals on top of ban appeals.
6 months for a full server reset sounds fine to me? Why would you want the entire server to be wiped more often than that when stats are reset every month.
That is literally what KitPvP is. We have features to try and make this cycle less repetitive, like player warps and events. Can you please give me some more examples of how you think we can improve the monotony of vanilla KitPvP? I'm not sure what more we can add.
I agree it can get boring waiting for your turn in large, time-consuming events like brackets and sumo, and we are currently trying to implement ways to improve the speed of them.
This isn't true at all. KitPvP almost always has at least one moderator online in vanish, moderating the chat. It can be hard to punish every single person breaking a rule, especially if we are being flooded with messages/questions in chat. This is why we have the player reports section, so if there are no staff online/we missed a rule-breaker you may report them yourself and we will get to it as soon as possible.
This is not true either, from a staff-members perspective. Mega and Zelk are always online in vanish, to be expected as you can imaging the spam they would get if they unvanished for even just a second. You are not a staff member, you do not see the work the managers put in. Kobuto, Mega, and Zelk handle pages of blacklist and ban appeals within a matter of days as well as purchase supports and other aspects of the server mods and senior mods have no control over.
Hiring new moderators isn't going to help with pushing out new updates, but we currently have staff applications open to hopefully hire some new people to improve our performance in regards to helping players, handle player reports, ban appeals, etc.

I think that some of this can be true but overall I fell the staff team does a pretty good job. It can be true that it sometimes gets boring, but about a week ago when I was getting tired of the server I just started trying out skyblock, and it turns out it was really fun. Also, you can't call skeppy a "horrible" owner, because even though he trolls and stuff, he still built this server and he put in hard work to get it to grow. I feel like the staff team deserves more respect, but I also agree that the server can get sorta boring. I think the best way to make it less boring is to make uhc's run automatically, and/or add another gamemode (although that would probably take a long time) like prison or maybe a waterdrop gamemode. I think a waterdrop server would do pretty well on the server asso many ppl enjoy it. But yeah, in conclusion, maybe staff could do better in some things, but I think we have a pretty solid team overall.

Dear Hamoka, thank you for appearing on forums, but my blacklist appeal had not been answered or updated in over two entire months before getting purged. It's not for cheating, and it's a ban you did in very suspicious circumstances, seeing as you banned me for a discord chat "offence" that two other not banned people did right before me. Also, you banned me (and I was trying to help the community) and not 2 other toxic kids. If you banned me by mistake, then I understand. But the circumstances are very weird.
I'd just like to say that I appreciate the work you and all staff do, and understand that it's very difficult to keep up with everything, and I don't have anything bad I want to say from when I was playing on the server. It just feels like some platforms aren't cured enough, as some ban appeals are just left unanswered and unescalated for months on end. I understand one month for an escalated ban in game, where you have to check logs, but over two months and no updates? Don't you guys check from the oldest bans? Or do you sort the appeals randomly?
Before the purge, the blacklist appeal situation was very confusing and messy as half the appeals had already been handled without being responded to as well as inactive forums members who made an appeal and never came back to check on it. If you have made an appeal since the purge, I'm sure it has already been responded to and if not it will be very soon.
In regards to the Discord situation, we do not ban for chat offenses, and definitely not for "helping the community". If you have been banned on the discord, feel free to make an appeal and we'll look into it right away.
I have made an appeal, and I'm very glad to see it's been escalated pretty much immediately (so someone looked at it). Good job on that. Anyway, that was just my opinion, many people I've heard have noticed that Discord and Forums are sometimes kind of neglected. When I was in the discord, every day I had to talk with people replying rudely, spammers, chat offenders, etc that were often not dealt with, not even when pinging online mods or sr mods, without them having Minecraft open or anything else shown by Discord. And when those mods or sr mods were pinged, they could get the wrong people because of having read chat history quickly or something...
Anyway, about in-game activity, aside from some TP-trappers and some toxicity in chat, I have nothing negative to say.
Yes the discord is really messed up, their used to be discord moderators, but it just didn’t work out, occasionally S0V, periys, and hamoka do moderate the discord

Mine did, also why do people have so much trouble understanding the word some. Also am I not allowed to have my own opinion without people taking this thread personally. Jeez.

I was talking about msging moderators about in-game bans or mutes. Wasn't talking about the discord server itself.
