Change /help into something helpful for new players;

Every day hundreds of players join KitPvP, Survival, Skyblock for the first time with no official guide, therefore asking & spamming for instructions. The MOTD's briefly summarise the gamemode but there's always a lot more.

As a new player, my first incentive would be to /help, alongside many other people :)

LOL abt 50 new people join but only like 3-10 people stay and actually continue to play the server
As of writing this kit has 87,288 players total. It has been 44 days since reset. This averages to around 2,000 people per day. Obviously its a bit less considering there were more earlier in the season, but it is far more than 50 players a day. Please do not make the server out to be more dead than it really is.

Neutral on this idea simply because the forums exist. Instead of creating a /help, the server (if possible) can advertise a link to the forums in a similar fashion as the open staff member applications. Almost everything needed to know about the server has been answered by the staff team on this website. There are plenty of guides to assist the new players as well. If any questions are left unanswered, they can simply create an account, and I or one of my fellow staff members can help answer the question.

A bit like the other suggestions; there is no negative outcome if this does get added. I see what you mean, but a direct in-game help command is much more efficient than searching forums, making a thread etc.

If that's the case, the /help command wouldn't have every single answer to every single question the new player is searching for, unlike the forums. It could provide assistance with general questions such as, "How do I reclaim my kits", but for more in-depth questions it would be a hassle to try to fit in every single answer, hence why I suggested the forums link every few minutes. Hope that clears up any confusion, I'll answer anything else if needed.

I think it should have questions like that and a notice that scamming is allowed and to be cautious. the very last thing it should say is that if they're unsure about anything to ask/check the forums
