If that's the case, the /help command wouldn't have every single answer to every single question the new player is searching for, unlike the forums. It could provide assistance with general questions such as, "How do I reclaim my kits", but for more in-depth questions it would be a hassle to try to fit in every single answer, hence why I suggested the forums link every few minutes. Hope that clears up any confusion, I'll answer anything else if needed.

Even if the command answered & provided answers to minumum 1 question, it still will help people because currently we don't have permission to use it. While I understand not every question will be there, if the basics are there, for example:
"How do I get a kit?"
"How do I buy ranks?"
"How do I make money?"
And the list goes on,
It allows players who are familiar with the server to not have to continuously tell new players how to do everything.

TLDR Although I strongly agree with you, there can at least be a use for it

I Mean it could be a thing if they don’t want to waste time for searching something super basic that can be easily taught, but if they want some other answers that are more complicated they can use the forums. That’s me opinion

I agree with what you say, there should atleast be a how to get started guide where it tells you to do /is on sb /kit on kit etc. A simple explanation maybe not answering all questions but like something to get started with.

No worries, I never said it shouldn't be implemented, I think its a good idea, which is why I said I'm neutral. I also forwarded this to higher-ups as a suggestion that could be beneficial to the server.
