Yes it would have. The videos right now are saying that he cheated AND that he acted immaturely. If he had admitted the videos would have covered it of course and confirm the math and that's all. Instead they're calling him out on lying now which just leaves a deeper stain.
Techno's community has very much been affected by this. Even if the Dream SMP was made in good intent it has become a place where content gets milked and where stans are formed.

He didn't just put PewDiePie in the title he based the entire video off of it. I mean sure it's actual content but that doesn't negate my original statement that he clout chased.
As I've said he can stop them by stepping up and acting maturely instead of going on a fit like a little kid when someone calls him up. In other words he needs to grow up. You are downplaying the amount of stans, there's a lot more than you would think.

Nope, because first of all the braindead people aren't going to stop at a hashtag, the normal stans will be attacked unfairly, and you're also attacking the creator as well as lowering yourself to the level of people sending death threats.

I'm not negating your statement, I'm simply questioning the fact that you put Dream at the same level of YouTubers who clickbait or copy MrBeast videos - or so it seemed from your message, at least, maybe you just worded it badly. Still, there are so many people putting famous names in their titles, one out of two videos from Davie504 recently contain clickbait titles with famous people, he got lucky and produced actually interesting content and people decided to subscribe - props to him for that.
Why do you keep targeting the stans in general? Target the braindead toxic ones, not the other innocent ones.
^^^ i will say that a lot of people who identify as stans act the exact same way as people portray 'normal fans' and just call themselves stans to fit in with the community and to make friends with similar interests
