You’ve had a lot of bad takes on skeppy forum, but this one TAKES the cake. There are countless generes of music with no lyrics, and personally my favorite project of all song is an Instrumental album series. Classical, contemporary, jazz, Big Band, marches, even dubstep, edm, techno, all of these genres often have little or no words. A good artist’s instrumental can speak louder than any words that can be said.

Anyway, Sounds great to me! I’m glad you are pursuing something you enjoy from a young age. You’re already better at producing music than I am majoring in music composition!

i believe what is happening here is confusion between a piece vs a song.
a piece is music typically without singing / vocals, and a song is music typically with singing / vocals.
so yes, this would not be a song, it would be a piece.
however, was it really nessecary to comment on this instead of comment on the actual music, especially when these two words are getting more and more interchangable…?

my guy are you blind? There's more than one definition and if you had any thought process other than to be a fucking asshole to everyone in your path then you could read the last definition. Keep being an ass to everyone in your life and you'll soon come to find why no one worthwhile wants to be your friend. This goes to show how you put 0 effort into your research. Not really gonna argue with you but just check out what Bellasprout and Elementalish said, legit look at the 3rd definition in your screenshot lol. "A musical composition suggestive of a song.". If I'm technically wrong by using the term "song" instead of "music" or "instrumental", then I'm sorry. But does it really matter? Or are you just trying to get attention in any way you can lol
