Every thing mentioned here is the Managers faults. The devs not doing anything imporant? Management didnt instruct them to. The INSANELY poor staff and community regulation? Managers deal with that. Half the people on this server with mod and admin are practically inactive, while the ones that are active go unseen by most people 90% of the time. Managers don't do anything about the inactive staff, back then you would get removed from the team if u were like (MOST not all) of the mods are now, and you would get replaced by new staff. Not to mention managers don't even listen to most of their mods, they basically only interact with people that they are actively friends with, besides that from everything i've seen from ex and current staff they basically go unnoticed. Managers could just fire the inactive ones, and hire the many actual active and knowledgeable players that would love to be staff on here, but they dont. Managers don't have property community interactions, even some admins or mods do that, where they just blow off any criticisms you have, completely ego you, & stuff like that. Managers are the worst when it comes to that though. The managers egos are so undeservingly massive, they genuinely are uninsterested in anything a "normal player" has to say to them when it comes to literally anything. A normal suggestion? doesnt matter. Criticism? Ignored. Complaints? ignored. Genuine attention needed? Ego'd/ Given 1 word responses. The old higher ups like mega like you mentioned, zacky, kvids, apex, all of them are the complete opposite of what the managers are now, they were forums active, they were parts of the community, they listened to players, they actually cared. Its no wonder when those guys were here the server was great, now we have appeals that take months to be read, purchase supports that take a year to get resolved, dm's that never get replied to, suggestions that never get looked at, an increasingly dying and toxic community that has no attention put into it besides "Lets camp the jail and ban the cheaters" while the biggest problems of the server go unresolved, making a player report means absolutely nothing when it doesn't get looked at for 2 months and then when it does "Denied, not enough proof" (Automatic response from a button they press), absolutely zero innovation as nothing has been new inputted to ANY of the modes for literal years of any value, besides the kitpvp which last season got a new amazing (Garbage) anticheat (Polar) which false flags everyone and makes u unable to damage people in the most random times, and they drastically decreased the funding for the server, making the pvp quality when 30 players are online worse than hypixel at 60000 players online, The staff which all pretend the issues simply dont exist when they log on and people talk to them about it (Very rare they get on),increasingly predatory gambling systems (The keys) where the only thing worth winning is the Grand prize now, but for some reason it appears every time someone is a top donor for a whole, they get the grand prize specifically twice almost in a row every time, while everyone else gets chat reactions and 3 god kits for your $3 keys. The actual "active" moderators gain nothing from this activity, while someone like ILikeApples has been a mod for ages now yet i can't find anyone who has seen that person online or on the discord or forums or anything in like the past year (thats just 1 example). But since all the top people in power here (the managers) have seemingly brainwashed themselves into seeing nothing is wrong and everything is as should be, or that everything thats bad isn't their fault, no change is going to happen, the server is Only going to keep going downhill like it has for years now, the server honestly should have died ages ago its a miracle there is still loyal people on it for god knows why when there is plenty other servers with better versions of the same modes better communities better staff better everythings, nostalgia is honestly the only reason this server is alive right now, atleast kit. And this doesn't even get into the HORRENDOUS punishment system in place in this server that is based 100% on no investigation, carelessness, favoritism, etc. No place like invaded is known for blacklisting people for doing the same things that other people get temporarily muted for. No place like invaded has a set system of rules when it comes to evidence being provided, only for 80% of the staff team to ignore those rules and punish based on evidence which doesn't follow those rules or sometimes doesn't even exist, going based off their gut, only for those same staff to then allow people like corruptedfiles (just 1 example) to blacklist evade and hard cheat knowingly for months without touching him for months. Only on invaded can 1 person cheat, blacklist evade for a year, chargeback on 30 people, get allowed back on, when another person is never allowed back on the server because someone in a discord server told their friend "what kind of pizza do you want" (joke threat of sending pizza to their door) only for that friend to even vouch for the person it was a joke yet the appeals still get denied. Or even me getting bl'd for a report that used evidence that was EASILY PROVEN beyond a doubt to be 6 months old despite the forums guidelines saying that evidence in a player report CANNOT be over 2 months old, but the report was still accepted, then an appeal explaining it was denied, contacting staff explaining the situation the excuse was long winded but winds down to "shouldn't have done it sucks to be u lol" There is so many examples of the god awful punishment system from just the people I know alone, too much to even bother getting into all of it, just know its awful. god i just wasted so much time typing this
