well that probably took you a while to type. i have to admit, yes i have been toxic and i have made mistakes due to something unrelated. but i am genuidly sorry and just worried about multiple players on InvadedLands, because they told me personal stuff that you do not need to know. Staff has also made mistakes, but they are real people and volunteers, i understand that. But the amount of mistakes they make is just way to big if you ask me. and no, i don't hate people, i just dislike them (like some of the staff) and if they are mean to me AND i dislike them, then i get toxic and pretty mean sometimes. but i try to avoid that and stay kind, wich is pretty hard rn. Also i never said that staff should be therapist, you keep saying that i want them to be one but you only read what you want to read. if you actually look at my posts you can litterly see me saying that they are not, and that they shouldn't be. also i don't actually dislike the entire staff team, but i just think its cruel to say names, but if you perfer that then i will. also me not showing any evidence of these mental health problems due to privacy, and i did show 1 ss of smokePVP being rudde but, in your opinion, it was handeld correctly. Thats okay, i cant expect everyone to 100% agree or disagree with me, i know that. i dont know if i responded to everything now, but 1 more thing. I'm not mean and disrecpectfull to anyone who doesnt agree with me, i'm actually friends with some of these people

You have not responded to everything, I will list my unanswered questions below:
- You stated yourself you were quitting the server, discord and forums completely, yet you're still here on the forums daily?
- Why did you bring Goldwarrier into this at all? They were not mentioned in any of my posts, why bring them into this?
- You categorized the entire staff team into 1 singular entity, but then proceeded to only name one (1) staff member in your response. Is this the only staff member you have any experience with them being negative in any way you have mentioned before (Dismissive, disrespectful, rude, etc.)
- You keep saying that staff have made a great amount of mistakes, yet you have, so far, only mentioned 1 specific instance of this. Do you have any more instances?

I do want to add on, whenever I have seen a staff member be present in the server, in an unvanished manner, they usually get spammed in chat with around 20-30 messages (of course depending on the activity) in public chat, at least at the height of playercount on that day. I can only imagine that their /msgs are also being spammed with the same types of things. It is humanly impossible for a singular staff member to look at every single thing going on on the server, whether you'd like them to or not. It just simply is not a realistic standard or expectation to set of any staff member. They are, like I have mentioned before, fully voluntary in their staffing.

I also think this is a weird standard to set. If you're truly willing to have an open discussion about things that staff actually do wrong, this would not be an issue. Staff is set to the same standards of following the rules as us, plus extra responsibilities and rules on top. This is just how staffing on a minecraft server works. You cannot delete or edit messages that do not break any rules. If your messages keep getting deleted, it is because you are in violation of one or multiple rules which means it isn't the staff member's fault, but it's yours. Change the wording of your message, or avoid a certain topic as a whole, but that doesn't mean you cannot speak about things staff supposedly do wrong. It is once you bring up toxicity or sensitive topics that are not allowed as per the forum rules that would warrant your message being altered or deleted.

Namedropping staff is not against the rules and if you provide actual situations in which something happened, we might be able to understand your point of view better. Maybe staff actually did something very wrong and we won't know because you simply won't share anything.

You've been shittalking staff for a month, I'd argue generalizing them to 1 singular entity does more damage to their overall reputations than to actually name drop the staff members you have issues with. This way, the staff members in question can also reflect on certain actions and take the feedback into consideration, instead of just hearing "I have proof of staff doing stuff wrong but i'm not gonna name drop or say what happened and im not gonna show proof". If you want change, be the one to point out the exact problems with situations as evidence, not even needing screenshots, just recalling the situations would already spark a moment of reflection for people, I reckon.

1. i made a suprise for staff, it was really cool tbh, but it kept getting griefed. so i didnt wanna bother staff and decided to get an elder guardian, to protect it! but then i wanted to buy one, and that guy turned out to be a well known scammer so i bought one from someone else. then when that person i wanted to buy it from wanted to help, but ended up grieving my rails, it wasnt claimed so mt fault. when i finally finished i found out that he killed the elder guardian in my claim. (this is were 7gtz acted wrong in my opinion) Luckily 7gtz was on, and unvanished, so i started asking him for help in global chat. after like half an hour of begging for help 7gtz finally msged me ''what happend'' so i explained everything, but i got no reaction, so i explained it again, and again. then 7gtz just said ''oh i'm unvanished'' and just disapeard. then i started asking over and over if he was there and if he could help. so i got really mad and decided that staff didn't deserve the gift and ended up griefing the entire thing myself. a couple weeks later i asked Rikhard_ about it and if this player could still get punished, but apperently it was allowed. when i confronted 7gtz about this he said ''sorry but i don't remember that'' and just continued talking in global chat. (still mad about that)

2. mqgy was online talking in chat about duolingo and stuff like that, when i saw someone begging for help. mqgy didnt see it so i asked what was wrong. the player was talking to a scammer, who asked for their account details and stuff like that, so i started also asking for help, and by the time mqgy finally saw it that person left or was afk (i dont remember exactly) i explained what happend and still had the players name because i copy pasted it. but the person wasnt there at the moment, but did get back like 30 minutes later. they talked and idk if it ever got solved but it took way too long to get attention, i still dont know if it got solved cuz i never saw the person again and didn't wanna annoy mqgy.

3. i dont remember what was wrong here, but what i do remember is that these players were both asking for any staff to help for a while, when a mod was litterly online less then 5 minutes before.

1. As I've mentioned before, when staff goes unvanished, they usually get bombarded with messages begging for help. It is impossible for them to help everyone at once, and it's impossible to respond to every message. About the situation itself, I have a few follow up questions;
- Was the person who killed your Elder Guardian trusted in your claim?
- Did you follow this situation up with 7gtz at all? You could have made a report detailing the situation, or sent 7gtz a message on discord to talk further about it and ask for explaination, did you do that?
I also want to add on; you confronted 7gtz about this a couple weeks after the situation played out, which, not everybody remembers everything. You cannot blame 7gtz for simply not remembering something.

Therefor, they wouldn't have seen these messages and genuinely not have been able to answer these people.

4. We've discussed this before. Smoke was very direct yes, and I personally would have worded this differently if I was in their position, but the information he tells you is factually true. It isn't your business, nobody's business but the person who got muted and the staff member handing out the mute.

5. There are simply a lot of players just and only trying to get staff's attention for no reason, I would guesstimate. If anybody had made a report about you TP-trapping, I am fully sure you would have been banned way earlier. The thing 7 said about "If we listened to players..." I can only guess would line up with what I just said - If they listened to players all the time, and with every message, they won't even have the time to ban people actually doing things that break rules, they would just be tp-ing towards the people begging for attention purely to be noticed.

So from 5 situations, which, there are a lot of nuances to that you do not know, you have decided staff needs to do a better job, based on 5 interactions you have had out of the, if I were to guess, hundreds of interactions they have with players, daily. Other people saying they do not like staff is on them. You don't have anything to do with this. The most you can do is encourage them to try and advocate for change on the server aswell. Asking people what they think of staff is ironic, because more often than not the people you associate with are people you share at least some common ground with. Which, if that is a minecraft server, you'll probably have the same opinions about that server. It makes sense that people have told you they don't like staff. If I were to ask my friends that play invaded what they think of staff, I'd probably get the opposite answers purely based on us actually enjoying the server and advocating for change with evidence based feedback over just saying things.

The main way of getting something known to staff is through a report, which requires evidence. If you don't have any evidence, nothing can be done. To also answer how things "shouldn't be a players problem" - I agree they shouldn't be but I don't think they are. Staff have lives outside of this, so should you, and have things to do outside of this server. Someone using the excuse that they are playing on a family computer is a funny one to not be able to make screenshots, as you could make these screenshots, send them into the report, then delete the screenshot off of your computer. It's so weird to see that as a valid reason to not have evidence, but the fact that staff have lives outside of the server and therefor there are times no staff member is online, is an "excuse" that is invalid to you. Interesting.
If no staff member is on, that isn't anybody's problem as the way to get a problem handled is to either tell an online staff member who will often times look into it immediately, or as fast as they can, OR to make a report with evidence. The fact staff logged off right before those messages were sent for your third example is nobody's problem, the players could just have made a report or dmed one of the staff members on discord to ask their question. I don't see problems with the things you have mentioned; It's a simple case of the fact staff are volunteers, they have lives outside of the server and don't see every single message. If you think a Helper rank will fix that, I suggest making a suggestion for specifically that - backing up why that needs to be added with concrete evidence, not just words.
