Sorry, staff cannot recover your lost items and it is very unfortunate. Make sure to be careful next time.

The thing is, none of the staff knows unless they go all the way back and check the logs, whether you actually won it or you just glitched it out of a crate and took a screenshot.
I'm not accusing you but you've got to be alot more careful next time.

How were you killed while having it? Ur in spawn for the screenshot, where there is a spawn protection. And if you jumped down into the pvp zone with in in ur inv then that's entirerly on you.
