Now, I have full respect towards most of the staff team (not gonna name), although I do think there's a slight problem with the moderation, and it's that you're not supposed to be in vanish 80% of your time online...
I understand and really do appreciate that they're online to make sure we have a clean, cheater-free experience on the server, but newbies' experience is often ruined because they simply do not know what to do in certain situations, what commands to use, etc. simply because staff members are in vanish and most of the community (apologies) are too ignorant and egoistic enough to not provide the support these players need, that's why most servers hire staff members. To help these players.
Again, I thank you so much for everything you do for us, and the time and dedication you spend most of your day in order to enlighten our experience on InvadedLands, but I do believe you guys might want to spend a little more dedication to chat support if you have the time, in order to make sure the players you care for get what you're trying to achieve.
That doesn't require you working more time, doesn't make you need to work 24/7, just if there are more staff members online taking care of cheaters, then there's no reason not to help us.

Many times you've said they suck but McDonalds has a completely different opinion and respects them. I'm trying to say don't say people suck that's rude dude. Be more reasonable with what you say.

If you're referring to the bot attacks we had earlier, we were on for them. We have a specific protocol for what to do when that happens, and we take care of it as best we can.

Speaking generally, usually we're vanished and handling punishments silently on kit. There's not that many of us, so it's impossible to make sure we have staff on 24/7 but we do our best, you're always allowed to make player reports when we're not on to handle things.

Yes I’ve noticed that the bot attacks have been stopped some how, they used to go on for minutes but yesterday there was one stopped within seconds and the chat didn’t go all crazy.

I agree, I’ve been trying to take up that role, telling people commands in chat, yesterday I even had a 20min training session with a new player teaching them to pvp! I think maybe Invadedlands should give out helper tags so new players know who to go to, because lots of other players do not help. I would be glad to take on this helper role.

Oh yeah, totally. /vanish, constant silent bans, and not responding to all questions, is a true sign of them not being on! Haha! And you wonder why people call you a random, you don’t know anything about the staff, or even the server. Keep your mouth shut

First, as many have said, staff are usually in vanish. Although i believe they shouldn't be in vanish all the time, this is how they catch hackers or chat offenders the most. Plus, the staff members have other things to do other than this. THEY ARE PEOPLE TOO, WITH LIVES, AND FEELINGS.
Secondly, why are you stating this? I get that free speech is a thing and yadda yadda, but how will this improve anything? You have said to be toxic for a reason, yet you also say you help more than the staff. If you want to improve people, improve yourself first. By making this post, you have not only made yourself a hypocrite but you have made yourself clear that you have more experience than the staff with no evidence and calling the staff worthless. If you want to help this server, then actually be nice and not try to call people out.
