Before I start this, dont ask me to suggest this to council, thanks.

Invaded imo should have a overhaul of the way staff works in general. There needs to be more higher-staff places instead of admin straight to manager.

MMC Is a really good example of a staff setup, having Trial, Mod, Sr. Mod, Admin, Senior Admin, Platform Admin, ACG Admin, Manager, Owner.

Having those levels of higher ups could really change how management positions are given, and would also allow for more appeals, applications and various other higher-staff things to be done fast.

Also having a way bigger staff team is needed, having like 23 or so staff for a bigger server like this isnt a good idea. I personally would recommend opening summer apps and atleast 20-30 people, this would increase the servers mood on how staff are hired + promoted.

This would also be a bit much having to control that much staff, but you could also easily split them up into groups. Having 10 people go during a 2 week period, having 10 another 2 weeks etc. Then at the end of each 2 weeks decided who goes through and not. This seems like a way better way of doing things

I agree, recently InvadedLands has been getting overloaded with members and will continue to grow on and on. Hiring more staff and assigning specific roles could be the solution. It seems many staff members are overwhelmed by the number of players and could not offer support to every member. This could not be the case but in my eyes, it seems to be that way. The biggest issues involving members would probably be the number of players requesting help, and the response time by staff members. There seems to be too many players who are having problems and staff members who cannot help because they either have other priorities or are helping other members. A new staff set up could be the key solution to making sure the server runs smoothly and efficiently. I would say many players would have to agree with me on this. It is great that InvadedLands is growing so rapidly, but the staff team needs to take action to make sure their staff are not overwhelmed. It seems it is a little harder to contact staff then it should be when requesting support.

InvadedLands is growing? cause last time I checked everyone is leaving...

The only people leaving are long-time players, the server will not die unless both skeppy and zelk leave the server.

If skeppy was active everyday doing events daily, he could literally have the server probably over 5k, maybe even more. 1 Discord announcement brought the server from 500 to full in a matter of minutes, if the server cap was higher it would be an insane lot more of people.

This is the reason for more staff like MMC, all of there staff are qualified and know what there doing, and they are accepting daily and are pretty much always active and organized with a almost 50 person staff team.
 
Quality over quantity
Exactly how MMC works, they have a staff team of 50 that are insanely good at there jobs ( especially @Laylim ;) ) who are always active.

They have a lot more higher staff that are always insanely qualified and know exactly what there doing. Its not hard for invaded to have the same sort of staff team as MMC.

I would recommend looking at the staff list for minemen, as you can see how many higher ups they have and how well the server is run.
 
Sadly isnt going to happen because mega and zelk want you to pretty much be a flawless candidate, one flaw and you're denied so yeah, mmc isn't as perfectionist as invaded is
