Every staff app: need to hav past mod expirience

nah i aint being sarcastic, just annoying how yall r arguing about staff on servers. who cares if its a small server lmao

Invaded is a massive server, it is very important that you have at least some previous moderating experience before attempting to moderate such a massive community - it's just not possible to keep up without having prior experience :)
ik, its just that every staff app requirement ive seen says you need xp, so i just tried to make joke :D

You see, another way to get experience is from other things. Back in the day I used to be an OP in AIM chatrooms where people used to flood them with bots all the time and we had to ban them. In real life I have Process Assistant experience at Amazon as well as problem solver experience (namely where I can tell what FBA merchants are scamming or trying to defraud us) but, the only thing I lack is the ambition to do it and the tenure.

Ignore all of these people, they do not have a clue what they are talking about, let me give you the best advice. To become a staff member on the server, you must first understand your role as one. Staff members are people who players look up to for support and they put their trust in you hoping it does not get broken, it is your duty to help the server while also avoiding anything that can break that trust between you and the players. Let me give the most important tips ever. If a player breaks any offense, just blacklist them because they are causing damage to the server and you do not ever want to see them, hacking is a sin. Hackers should go to Jail irl and you can help by blacklisting them and making them suffer. If they use a VPN or blacklist evade, I suggest you call it quits and resign to save yourself from the trouble.

What if you have real life leadership experience?

Not necessarily, you need some sort of Staff Experience but not the type of experience where you get from your friend's server (unless it happens to have a lot of members online daily.)

What the application is asking specifically is any credible experience related to what Invadedlands is about, Kitpvp, Survival or Skyblock servers...If you have experience from servers with over 100-300 players then that'll work.

You do not necessarily need experience from servers with over 1,000+ members as that would be an unrealistic precedent to ask. However, it does help your application.

Either way, any credible experience may help 100-200+ members. Etc.

Dec 5th - around end of March (server was sold). Skipped interview stage and went straight to mod, soon promoted to senior mod. So shut up, randoms.
Being mod on a discord server means nothing. I am currently mod on a discord server with 3000 people. And I have never listed that applying for any minecraft servers. Modding discord servers really does not transfer to minecraft, or any game for that matter.

I wasn't a discord mod, I was a discord and server mod. Both in the server and in the discord, not just discord.

Not 2000 members, here's what I have done: I first hosted a couple of servers DISCLAIMER: weren't big: Then I started to be staff on a couple of small servers and then went to a transition on a server with 100 people. And how are they gonna accept someone with ZERO staff experience, or at least experience on like 2 servers which have 20 players. How are you gonna handle 1.5-2k players. You can't. If you were staff on like a server which had 100-200 players, then your good. kinda. idk.
