I've met people younger than 12 years old who are more mature then grown adults that I know. Age doesn't always equate to maturity.

2 - Maturity really doesn't come from age? I've seen some 30 year old crybaby manchilds and some 11 year old kids who are mature enough to have a job

The only points you made were points that again, are accurate for some people, but not everybody. In addition, you immediately make another assumption based off of a flawed point.
1st point is not meaningless, it's not exactly mature to say any answer that isn't by staff is wrong, which from what I see, is exactly what Glukii said.
