what do i do? i have proof that i was charged twice, the staff havent responded on discord or forums and i havent seen them on the server.
 
Did you accidentally put 2 in your cart instead of 1? Could’ve also been a bit extra (I don’t think think $20 but with PayPal you pay a bit more)

Check your email, it’s should confirm what’s you bought and how many before making a ticket. Also look in your card transaction history

What? Can you explain it more clearly sorry I didn’t understand. You form one normally, and then a day later, you got charged again? What notified you about being charged the second time? Email or?
 
it says on pvplands.net that payment disputes will lead to an instant ban. does that mean they will ban me for being charged double and me contesting it?
 
i looked at my bank payment history to make sure nothing fishy was going on and check my balance and i saw 2 separate charges of $20

You won’t get banned for comtesting it, burn if you ask for chargeback then I’m pretty you will be blacklisted. Wait for a message back from staff about it, don’t ask for chargeback, you’ll probably get something like:

It was in your hands
The tos is that you don’t get chargebacks, the payment is final

But maybe contact kvids via discord or something he’ll help you out good. If not just make a purchase support ticket.

i looked into it, they say they will not refund it. i will get this refund, even if they dont want to give it willingly. ive submitted a payment dispute. if this doesnt work, what can i do?

either a)
you bought 2 of the same pass
b) you bought a pass for 2 different servers
c) one was in your cart by accident
or d)
you bought one a month ago, it expires, and it auto renewed.
 
im aware they have a website, there are just no forums to talk with players. i got their email, got a reply that said sorry we will not refund your payment according to our TOS. i replied saying i just want the $20, if i dont get it ill escalate it. im going slow to give them plenty of time to think about it. i submitted a payment dispute which will get me banned, i know. i WILL get this refund. any advice?
 
i waited a full week for my unban that i bought to work, i made a purchase support the same thing happened to me
