ok lets be fr they never on and we always think they on, they never on kit pvp, most spammers, most hackers, most botters, literally get more active on the gamemodes that actually need to be done with, yall should consider accepting people that doesn't ahve experince, atleast yall getting staff members, Lmao,

plz get bettter staff yes i hate every satff members in the inbadded server , without dcayy ok

You realize that are in vanish most of the time to catch rule breakers right? They also can't 24/7 be on every single minute of the hour, these people are human too. That's what player reports are also for, so staff can punish those who break the rules when they aren't on. You need to take a breather and realize that they do their best trying to help the community even when you don't notice it. Take a chill pill man

you do know that THey are like never active, there's been like 3 or 4 raids without staff knowing it, and when they in vanish or something they only ban 1 person, they need to get more active on the community, yes they have a life, they got other stuff to do but if they can't handle that invaded also sometihng they need to do because they signed up for it,

If you're referring to the bot attacks we had earlier, we were on for them. We have a specific protocol for what to do when that happens, and we take care of it as best we can.

Speaking generally, usually we're vanished and handling punishments silently on kit. There's not that many of us, so it's impossible to make sure we have staff on 24/7 but we do our best, you're always allowed to make player reports when we're not on to handle things.

How could you possibly know that they are never on if they are constantly in vanish. As far as your claim about how they ban '1 person' you're probably referring to when they ban publically. The staff ban players in silence because there is an actual command to do that. You're throwing out assumptions for no reason.

ok then let's ignore the hackers for a while. people spam ALOT, they never get muted, i submitted a report for a player to get muted because he was threatning to "ddos" me

that's a valid mute right? nope not enough evidence, i showed him a picutre of the literal message he said, happened many times before not saying the staff members

If the threat didn't happen in invaded grounds, which would mean on the server or on the discord. They can't do anything if didnt happen on invaded. If it happened through discord dms nothing can be done unless it happens here

happened in invadedlands server, well a kid leaked my ip in the invadedlands discord server but he was a skid he couldnt do anything, he said he can dox me, he took my ip form a ip grabber link LMAOOOOO

We were on, just vanished. We aren't supposed to take action unless they pass the anti-bot detection, which none of them did. They all got banned within a matter of minutes.

We mute spammers whenever we're on to see it, or when we get sufficient evidence in a player report. The majority of our mutes are silent so you wouldn't see it happen, doesn't mean they don't occur. DM me on discord with the evidence you used in your player report and I'll be able to explain to you why the staff member who handled your report made that decision.

considering you never answer ur discord messages for support you won't answer now either, and it was clear evidece. no reason he shouldn't mute them, i showed him 2 different people breaking rules, they never got muted. so don't come in here with "facts" which aren't even true
 
But some staff members are in different time zone or maybe some might be in school, there are many things that people do in real life that causes them to not be on in real life. You can't say they aren't on without proof.

Facts.
Staff work really hard, guys, and as hamoka said they can't be on 24/7, but they really do their best.
Sometimes it surprises me how often they are on, actually.
 
Now, I have full respect towards most of the staff team (not gonna name), although I do think there's a slight problem with the moderation, and it's that you're not supposed to be in vanish 80% of your time online...
I understand and really do appreciate that they're online to make sure we have a clean, cheater-free experience on the server, but newbies' experience is often ruined because they simply do not know what to do in certain situations, what commands to use, etc. simply because staff members are in vanish and most of the community (apologies) are too ignorant and egoistic enough to not provide the support these players need, that's why most servers hire staff members. To help these players.
Again, I thank you so much for everything you do for us, and the time and dedication you spend most of your day in order to enlighten our experience on InvadedLands, but I do believe you guys might want to spend a little more dedication to chat support if you have the time, in order to make sure the players you care for get what you're trying to achieve.
That doesn't require you working more time, doesn't make you need to work 24/7, just if there are more staff members online taking care of cheaters, then there's no reason not to help us.
