Ok no but on a more serious note, I'd like to share my opinion on invaded because I have a view I haven't seen many people expressing. What I have noticed is that Invaded is quite grinding focused, and if you want to get anywhere you need to either grind for ages or have a good rank and grind for a bit less ages. Invaded Survival, compared to other survival servers, involves a lot of grinding and clicking blazes or whatever mob gives money; Skyblock even more, as you need to mine cobblestone for quite a while before being able to afford a better spawner, and to build something you still need to click on mobs for very long periods of time - which isn't very fun. KitPvP is pretty much the same, but that's KitPvP and it's fine as it is. The reason why I don't play much anymore is simply that the playing experience is pretty much all finding a public farm and clicking on mobs for hours to get money to spend on a spawner for yourself or on blocks to build something, which takes away the exploring factor. This is even more true for a default, who can only rely on iron tools to obtain stuff, and has to grind for weeks to get a rank thru an IRL trade (if they find a nice public farm). I don't know if it's possible and haven't thought of ways to improve this yet, but it would be nice to get some community feedback on this.

i have the same opinion and pretty much always did tho i never bothered typing a whole book about it lol

Thats cool and all but what does that have to do with two cents
money
but like how would one change survival to make it less grinding oriented?
I haven't thought much about how to improve InvadedLands specifically yet, I just wanted to see if other people had the same opinion, but for example the pure vanilla experience involves a lot of exploring, building, actually working to get tools that you can then put mending on and keep virtually forever. Even repetitive tasks like mining sand in a desert require actually going to a desert with shulkerboxes and a mending shovel, and mining sand. Then on Invaded all that's needed is clicking on mobs and on the sand block in the shop, or rtping until you find a desert and get at most an inventory of sand wasting a lot of durability on the shovel, if not multiple shovels. (for defaults it can often be many iron shovels wasted on getting sand). So ultimately many players spend ages clicking on mobs to get blocks for their builds, rather than exploring and actually dealing with mobs naturally spawning, creating actual farms that don't rely on just spawners, and such. The survival vanilla experience is much more engaging than the Invaded one, at least in my opinion.

I like grinding, but honestly not in the way that spawners are set up. Just standing still and clicking isn’t the most fun to me personally. I really do enjoy a good grind in other ways though, for example, last skyblock season when cactus and melon farms were the meta, it was honestly a ton of fun to build those massive farms, and I was always so proud of myself every time I looked at all the progress I’ve made. Survival the team-based grind last season was a lot of fun too (even though some of the teams were scummy). I really liked going around and grinding different areas and searching for spawners and then once we were in a good positions we could spend our time building wonderful structures. Additionally, having iron golems as a meta makes it much less Grindy.

TLDR: I hope to see a more diverse meta in future seasons of skyblock/survival, and maybe even mid-season economy changes to spice up the meta.
