I think that staff should not handle cases where they know who’s involved

True, but which case, in particular, did you see bias, when appeals are quite literally private? Surely you're not blindly calling staff bias right.

Same thing with staff that dislike some players, those staff who have beef with those players should not handle these reports/appels.

It's nearly impossible to not handle appeals when you are in "beef" with them unless it's some personal hate staff has against them. A lot of players hate the staff members who punish them, hence why they shit on them on forums and makes it look like beef when in reality staff don't give much of a shit about it. Unless staff has some personal hate or vendetta against a player, I don't agree with you.

I also would like to add that staff members of invadedlands should distance themself from direct “contact” with players as they have a lot of power but more importantly more responsibility.

That's stupid. If they cannot make a fair judgement unless they are quarantined from the community, they shouldn't be staff in the first place..

From my pov I’ve seen that some staff members are being bias towards friends/clan members.

I think that staff should not handle cases where they know who’s involved (when they know each other and are friends). I believe that appeals or reports should be handled like soccer, where the judges have no bias thoughts or connections towards any of the sides.
Same thing with staff that dislike some players, those staff who have beef with those players should not handle these reports/appels.

yeah just treat staff members like robots and dont let them have any type of friendship or even talk to other players

It’s physically impossible for someone NOT to be bias. Even if they’re doing it unconsciously, it will happen, I doubt they’re meaning to be bias but naturally, people are bias towards those they know even if it’s unintentionally.
