• Keep practising, don't just play the Invaded PVP style, try no debuff, sumo, builduhc etc.
• Learn how to strafe
• Learn how to blockhit ( best )
• Learn click methods ( like jitter )

You've just got to keep practising.
There are plenty of PvP practice servers you can play on to get better or alternatively you could go on a server like Munchy where the kits are more fair.
If you really aren't enjoying kit, I suggest trying out survival or skyblock.
