Rcgret, I do like you but I don't think this post was really necessary. A lot of the things you said are reasonable but @McDonalds already made a post today covering most of the topics you mentioned. @hamoka who is one of the staff you mentioned who I will use as an example as I know for a fact does her job very well. Not only does she pay attention to her duties on the forums, (whenever I make a player report, she is usually one of the ones who will look at it and respond to it in a matter of minutes,) or when I made a blacklist appeal, she escalated it in a couple of days as some of the points I made in it were obviously reasonable. I know that this doesn't happen for everyone, for example @Gxdda has been waiting a very long time for his appeal to be looked at and I do agree that that is something that does need to be picked up on by management (looking forward to having you back mate.)
For all of these people, you have no idea how much they're on. @Hamodi can PvP as much as he wants at the end of the day. He's taken up a volunteer position and as long as he does his job well enough, he is entitled to having his fun. Same with Hamoka if she wants to interact and become closer to the community, she is 100% entitled to do that, as long as she gets her job done.
Like you said yourself earlier, we don't know when staff are online. @LukeLovesCandy is head of the build team so some of his time is going to go into managing that and I have heard that a lot of people think that @Lumboc is one of the most capable staff members on the team which is why many people wanted him to get promoted.
I'm not trying to ride the staff or anything and I understand and agree with a lot of your views on the managment since I agree with them too but I just don't really think the post was necessary after Mcdonald's post.
Back to bad staff, take Hamodi. Hamodi comes on, pvps, and leaves. I see kids spamming their youtube link in chat while Hamodi is pvping. Hamoka. Hamoka is just like Hamodi, except she talks too much instead of pvps. I see kids in chat encouraging to spam skeppy so that he gets online, and she doesn't do jack shit about it except for talk in chat and go "oMg I lOvE yOu ToO!1!"

LukeLovesCandy and Lumboc. Same thing for them. They are both too inactive. Lumboc is potato farming on Skyblock trying to beat Techno (Won't happen) and Luke is worried about his OITC skills.
