What is your definition of “randoms”?
Neptune is super active on survival, she also plays kit and skyblock but a little less
Are we having a serious talk because people call others randoms a lot and everyone has their own definition on who to call people that, was wondering like why and what do you mean by what you said above?

Some parts of the community are extremely against new changes, which is fine because that is with themselves (victimless); It’s not fine when they start to attack staff candidate or new staff members because they are resistant to those people holding more authority in the community. Now, if you are being toxic towards candidates because you see serious issue with the candidate, and don’t want them into the staff team; You are sort of on the same page with the staff members who are handling the applications right now. The issue is how you deliver your ‘concerns’ to them. The community tend to create a public thread thinking of everyone starts to get on the bandwagon of pointing out the issue while harassing the candidates, staff will get the message; It’s utter pathetic. You do not need to harass or public shame them into being denied. Messaging a staff or informing staff privately is enough to achieve your goal of delivering your concern to the staff team.
If you are unhappy with a new staff member, keep it to yourself; No need to spread negative comments.

Right, and I feel instead of people bashing on whoever becomes the new trainees, they could support them and wish them luck to their journey. You can’t expect them to have a good experience if people are hating on them. Of course there’s always going to be people to not support you, but I feel there’s ways people can handle this better.

As @Laylim mentioned, this season is going to be extremely similar to the summer season. Just like the current situation, about 12 staff members were chosen. About 8 of them complete ransoms whom we never heard of.
First of all, they got so much hate for them being chosen it's unbelievable. They got toxicity from every single direction and never got appreciated for their work. Exactly why people usually say randoms should not be chosen.
Second, all of these trainees except for Nicki, Della and LayLim didn't know shit about what they were doing, and were later demoted for that or even abuse. Not to mention one of them was later demoted for leaking IPs and ruined the council discord after being told so.
You clearly know nothing about this community so please stop making these idiotic statements as they're completely false and inaccurate.

Also mcdonalds has laid out two points (in the profile post he made where I saw you comment).
1 he doesn't know the kids getting staff
2 He thinks anyone who remains has minimodded their way to staff and that they will abuse
I wouldn't call these perfect points. For 1 who cares. Mcdonalds is a kit player and someone on the forums. I only know him from the forums so if 1 was important then why would I want him to get staff? I've never seen him ingame :O! Clout and being known means shit. This doesn't bring anything towards being able to be staff.
For the minimodding I don't know really. For neptune specifically I don't think she minimodded, yes she was active during staff season but active doesn't mean minimodding. She has made some positivity threads sure, I don't really care about those but she hasn't been super annoying with the locking threads and trying to control the entire forums with how stuff and what stuff should be said like 1pick does. I have been less and less on the forums so I may have missed some stuff for the others but I don't think I'm that much of the mark.

I mean kinda easy to learn. If you allow them to learn and make some mistakes...which you won't. The kit community really doesn't allow for that now does it.
